Tamika Moses Elected to Lead MIAMI Commercial Realtors

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2025 MIAMI Commercial President Tamika Moses, MSIRE, CIPS, SFR, CDPE, RENE, AHWD at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 7 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

 

“To lead the Miami Commercial Board in 2025 is to embrace the future with vision and courage,” Moses said. “Together, we will champion growth, inspire excellence, and build a vibrant community where every voice is heard, and every opportunity is seized.”

 

MIAMI Commercial impacts key policy decisions and important issues affecting the commercial real estate industry, analyzes market information, produces strong legislative initiatives, provides vital member services, and presents commercial networking events and programming throughout the year.

 

With over 3,900 members, MIAMI Commercial offers more education, marketing tools and services than any other commercial association. MIAMI Commercial recently achieved the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) highest distinction, the 2024-25 Diamond Level Commercial Services accreditation.

 

New MIAMI Commercial President’s Brokerage Honors Her Mother’s Legacy

Moses is the founder, CEO and managing Broker of Robin Bird Realty, Inc. The brokerage is inspired by her late mother, Robin, who strongly encouraged her to pursue a career in real estate. The brokerage honors her mother’s legacy, with the red robin bird symbolizing passion, honor, renewal, strength, and new beginnings.

 

Since its inception, Robin Bird Realty Inc. has facilitated millions in real estate transactions, represented national franchise retailers such as A&R Workshops, assisted online clothing businesses in securing industrial warehouse spaces in the South Florida area, site selection for developers, multi-family assets for private owners and corporations, and has sold and leased office and retail spaces across South Florida for local and national businesses.

 

Tamika is also the owner of the Robin Bird Real Estate Institute, a licensed Florida Real Estate School.

 

In addition to being the MIAMI Commercial President, Moses is also the 2024–2025 Local Board President of the South Florida Board of Realtist (NAREB South Florida), a 2025 Florida State Director and Commercial Committee Member with Florida Realtors, a 2025 NAR Commercial Federal Policy Committee Member, NAR Director, a Florida Realtors Key Contact for Florida State Representative Felicia Robinson and a Federal Political Coordinator for Congresswoman Frederica Wilson.

 

Tamika’s accomplishments have earned her widespread recognition, including the 2020 Miami Association of Realtors Commercial Rising Star Award, the 2022 Proud Member Award from the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and several 2024 honors such as Black Women in Excellence by the Black Professional Network and South Florida’s Most Prominent and Influential Black Business Leaders by Legacy Magazine, and NAREB Top 100 Community Impact Award. In a significant acknowledgment, the City of Miramar declared December 12 as Robin Bird Realty Day with an official proclamation.

 

A dynamic industry leader, Tamika co-hosts the real estate radio show, “The Real-on-Real Estate Radio” on 1490 AM, and is a sought-after moderator, host, and panelist in real estate forums.

 

Born and raised in Miami, Tamika has been a long-time resident of Broward County for nearly 30 years.
