MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) will once again have an expanded presence at the world’s largest commercial real estate event, MIPIM, from March 11-14 in Cannes, France. MIAMI’s major presence at this elite event creates global business opportunities for members and enhances South Florida’s global exposure.
MIAMI will again have its own expanded exhibit space (stand P-1.G50) in addition to sponsoring the National Association of Realtors (NAR) USA pavilion.
“MIAMI REALTORS® is looking forward to bringing investment home from one of the world’s most prestigious commercial conferences,” MIAMI Chairman of the Board Eddie Blanco said. “South Florida is the hottest global market in the U.S. and it’s at these events where we meet with investors and launch more global, business and investment opportunities for South Florida and the world.”
This will be MIAMI’s 12th year exhibiting and presenting at MIPIM. Through the years, MIAMI’s presence at the event opened new markets/countries to investing in South Florida. In 2025, MIPIM will have 20,000+ delegates, 6,500+ investors, CEOs, chairmen and political leaders from 90 countries participating.
MIAMI, which also features Broward, Jupiter, and Martin counties, will continue to enhance Miami’s position as a premier global city, work to attract more commercial and residential investment for South Florida and emphasize the advantages of doing business with MIAMI members. MIAMI’s booth will feature a new MIAMI REALTORS® produced “South Florida #1 Global Business & Investment Destination” brochure, a new video produced by MIAMI titled “The Miami Mega Region Advantage” and more.
MIAMI Hosting VIP Reception for Distinguished FIABCI Partners & More
Once again, MIAMI will host a MIAMI VIP reception for our distinguished FIABCI partners at MIPIM that will bring many foreign delegates to our booth. FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, has 45 national and multinational chapters with members in 83 countries.
The MIAMI VIP reception for FIABCI will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 12 at the MIAMI booth.
To increase more exposure and bring the MIAMI lifestyle to MIPIM, MIAMI will serve freshly brewed cafecitos at exactly 3:05 p.m. each day.
