With nearly 4,000 members, MIAMI Commercial is the 7th largest commercial association in the U.S. It offers more education, marketing tools and services than any other commercial association. MIAMI Commercial recently achieved the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) highest distinction, the 2025-26 Diamond Level Commercial Services accreditation.
New MIAMI Commercial President Brings Education Background to Role
Chambers Palmer is the distinguished Founder and Managing Broker of Keys to Legacy Realty, specializing in both commercial and residential real estate. Chambers Palmers has represented clients with the purchase or sale of Business opportunity such as Assisted living Facility for private owners and corporations, land and retail spaces for lease
Chambers Palmer hails from the beautiful island of Jamaica. Her passions as both an educator and Realtor of all types of properties commercial properties that have created a “Melting Pot” of uniqueness when working with customers. Chambers Palmer served as a Lecturer at Excelsior Community College, adjunct faculty instructor for the International University of the Caribbean and Faculty support at University of Technology in Jamaica. She was also a private school educator for four years before getting her real estate license.
Her commitment to continuous learning has enabled her to attain numerous credentials and designations within the industry. In addition to her extensive qualifications, Chambers Palmer holds esteemed NAR designations, including SRS and ABR and was awarded The Miami Association of Realtor Commercial Initiatives Award in 2023
She has served as the Commercial Governor for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Florida State Director and NAR Director for 2025 Furthermore, Chambers Palmer is serving on the 2026 NAR Director, NAR Commercial Committee and as a Florida REALTORS® state director. Additionally, she is also serving as 2026 Florida Realtor Attainable/Workforce Housing Committee, Diversity Committee and Legislative Think Tank Committee.
Chambers Palmer is committed to giving back to her community and the nation, living by the guiding principle, “Not my will, but Thine, be done”. She is an ordained minister and chaplain who serves with compassion and purpose. Chambers Palmer and her family volunteer weekly at a local food pantry, working to reduce food insecurity in Broward County. She is passionate about mentoring young women, helping them discover their God-given purpose and make a positive impact in their communities. She is the founder of the Keys to Legacy Global Scholarship, which supports high school, college, and university students from single-family homes who are facing financial challenges.
