This rental is a one bedroom one private bath inside a 3 bedroom home. Tenant will have their own private entrance and a small very private patio connected to entrance. Rental includes Electric, Water, and Wifi with one parking space outside of the house close to private entrance. There is a refrigerator, and microwave NO STOVE inside bedroom. Excellent location!! Close to everything in Miami, Restaurants, Shopping the Airport. Very nice and attentive landlord. Only one person please. Cat or small dog is ok with $300 non refundable deposit.
